Encrypted in transit (HTTPS)

Every page and every file you upload is served over HTTPS using TLS. You can confirm this yourself: look for the padlock in your browser address bar, or run an independent check with Qualys SSL Labs.

Hosted in the European Union

All Astroworld services run on infrastructure located in the European Union. Your account data and the files you upload are stored and processed on EU servers. AI features additionally send the text you submit to our AI provider to generate the result; see below.

Files are deleted within one hour

Files you upload to the converters are processed on our servers and then permanently deleted within one hour. They are never shared, sold, or used for anything other than producing your result.

Many tools (calculators, color tools, word counters, generators) run entirely in your browser and never upload anything at all.

What we collect

• Most tools: no account and no personal data required.
• Accounts (optional): if you sign up we store your email, a hashed password, and your plan and usage counts so we can provide the service and enforce plan limits.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• AI tools: the text you submit is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your result. It is not used to train models.
