How it works
The calculator steps through each day between the start and end dates, counting only Monday through Friday. If a holiday preset is selected, days that match fixed national holidays are skipped and listed separately so you can see what was excluded.
Frequently asked questions
Which holidays are included?
Fixed public holidays for Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, and Belgium. Variable holidays (Easter, Whit Monday) are not included.
What does 'Add working days to date' do?
It finds the date that is exactly N working days after the start date, skipping weekends and selected holidays.
Are variable holidays like Easter supported?
Not currently. The presets include fixed-date national holidays only.
What counts as a working day?
Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays from the selected preset.
