How it works
Select the die type you want to roll, choose how many dice (1-10), then press Roll. The tool simulates a short roll delay and displays each individual result. For d6 rolls, you see the classic Unicode pip faces. For all other dice, results are shown in numbered boxes. The total sum is shown when rolling more than one die.
Frequently asked questions
What dice types are supported?
The roller supports d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, and d100 (percentile). These are the standard dice used in tabletop RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons.
What is a d20 used for?
The d20 (20-sided die) is the primary die in D&D for attack rolls, skill checks, and saving throws. Rolling a 20 is a critical hit; rolling a 1 is a critical failure.
Can I roll multiple dice at once?
Yes. Select 1-10 dice and roll them all at once. The tool shows each result individually and displays the total sum.
What is a d100?
A d100 (percentile die) generates a number from 1-100. In tabletop games, it is often simulated by rolling two d10s (one for tens, one for units).
