SVG Icon Search
Search thousands of free, MIT-licensed SVG icons from Heroicons, Lucide, and Tabler Icons. Choose a style, pick a color, then copy or download the SVG in one click.
// Select an icon to see its SVG markup
How it works
Your search is sent to the public Iconify API, restricted to the Heroicons, Lucide, and Tabler Icons sets. Each set is licensed under the MIT License, so every icon you find here is free for personal and commercial use. Previews are rendered directly from Iconify with your chosen color, and selecting an icon fetches its raw SVG markup so you can copy it or download a standalone .svg file.
Switching the style toggle changes which icon sets are queried. Outline maps to the stroke-based families, solid maps to the filled variants, and duotone maps to Heroicons Solid. The color parameter is applied client-side, so nothing is uploaded and the SVG you copy matches exactly what you preview.
Frequently asked questions
Where do these icons come from?
Icons are pulled live from the Iconify API and are limited to three icon sets: Heroicons, Lucide, and Tabler Icons. No other icon libraries are included.
Are these icons free to use commercially?
Yes. Heroicons, Lucide, and Tabler Icons are all released under the MIT License, which permits free use in personal and commercial projects. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
What is the difference between the styles?
Outline shows stroke-based icons from Lucide, Tabler, and Heroicons. Solid shows filled variants from Heroicons Solid and Tabler Filled. Duotone uses Heroicons Solid, and coverage within the MIT sets is limited.
How do I change the icon color?
Use the color picker on the left. The color is applied to the preview, the results grid, and the copied or downloaded SVG via the Iconify color parameter.
