Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Astroworld website tools at apps.astroworldmc.com and the Astroworld Toolkit browser extension. By using them you agree to these terms. Last updated May 24, 2026.

The service

Astroworld offers free and paid web tools (file converters, writing tools, and more) and a companion browser extension. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others process your input on our server.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the tools for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not attempt to break security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not resell the service or present it as your own.

You are responsible for the files and text you process and for the results you use.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features need a free or paid account. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Plan limits apply as shown on the pricing page. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

AI features

AI features send the text you choose to our server, which calls a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result. Output can contain mistakes; review it before relying on it. Your input is used to produce your result and is not used to train models.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astroworld is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the competent Dutch courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
